This app is only for internal company use and installed in company owned and provided mobile devices given to the staff for making inquiries and marketing purposes.so, none of the user's personal call log details are collected, only the call log details of incoming and outgoing calls from the potential business leads from the company owned devices. Call log Details of incoming & outgoing calls such as the number of successful lead conversions to the clients in how much time on a daily, monthly and yearly basis and generate reports to evaluate their efficiency and performance. This also leads to a better and more efficient training programme for users (sales team) and increases user satisfaction and client generation. This data will be for internal use only and won't be shared with any third party.

Business contacts such as leads, prospects or customers calling the sales team members (users) is an important source of information and hence the phone number of the business contact needs to be captured (if not stored earlier) in the LinkArise Telecall application. This is done using calling the available leads and adding a new unregistered caller as a lead.
b. To display Caller id for calls from existing Leads or customers and to capture call notes after the call is over.

This app collect ,read and write call log data and upload this call log data on our company's secure servers(https://linkarise.com), the app uploads all incoming or outgoing calls details such as caller/lead name, caller/lead mobile number, duration of the call and datetime of the call made with the business contacts to our company's secure servers to keep track of user's (sales team member's) efficiency.
